We dreaded the process of selling the house in which we lived for 25 years. Tim Betancourt and his staff treated us with respect and professionalism, and got us the best possible sale price.
Immediately after we retained the firm, Tim and Isabel rushed over to assess our property and take fantastic photos for the internet listing. They generated multiple seller visits, and we received an offer very close to the full asking price only days after the property was first listed.
As issues arose during the contract and financing phases, Tim jumped in to help solve a problem or allay a concern to keep the deal moving. We closed two days ago.
Now that the sale has been concluded and the dust has settled, I can unconditionally recommend Tim Betancourt and his staff to any seller or buyer. You will be treated with respect, be kept in the loop, and get the best deal available.
