During my daughter's wedding planning one of the last things she had in her sights was the honeymoon. As the date got closer and closer she started looking around for for place to go and not have to worry about too many of the details herself.
After reaching out to several agents and getting frustrated with the whole deal, I mentioned Billy Braxdale and Braxdale Travels. She asked me to forward him her number and within a couple of days she had booked her seven day cruise to the Bahamas. She was pretty impressed with his attention to detail and how he made sure he placed her in the vacation she wanted and not the one he wanted to sell.
What clued me in to how impressed and thankful she was of his assistance was the day after they went on their honeymoon and Billy told me he had spoken with her as they were boarding the ship. I was not sure if I should be upset that me, her dad, did not get a phone call letting me know she was on the ship and ready to go and Billy a guy she has just met gets the phone call. I trust Billy with my daughter's most important event in her life and i truly appreciate just how he went the extra mile to assure that the only thing she had to worry about was making sure she had her passport and sunscreen.
Customer service has become a lost art lately but Billy at Braxdale Travels has embraced it and the plus one factor to the point of it looking effortless.
