Going on your first cruise? Take a lanyard to put your on board charge card in and keep it safely tucked away around your neck. You won't need a wallet or ID while on the ship. more

Mr Braxdale arranged a cruise for myself and my 3 grandchildren on the Carnival Magic in June 2012. He took care of everything completely. He even make our excursion reservations, etc. All I had to do was pack and get ready for our vacation. I feel that Mr. Braxton went above and beyond our expectations. The weather was bad the week before our trip and he watched the weather before and during our trip. He also supplied each of with lanyards for our sign and sail cards and gave each of us a back pack which definately came in handy. I will definately use Mr. Braxton in the future for all our vacations and will refer him to everyone.\r Judy more

The Extra mile 4/5/2012

During my daughter's wedding planning one of the last things she had in her sights was the honeymoon. As the date got closer and closer she started looking around for for place to go and not have to worry about too many of the details herself. After reaching out to several agents and getting frustrated with the whole deal, I mentioned Billy Braxdale and Braxdale Travels. She asked me to forward him her number and within a couple of days she had booked her seven day cruise to the Bahamas. She was pretty impressed with his attention to detail and how he made sure he placed her in the vacation she wanted and not the one he wanted to sell. What clued me in to how impressed and thankful she was of his assistance was the day after they went on their honeymoon and Billy told me he had spoken with her as they were boarding the ship. I was not sure if I should be upset that me, her dad, did not get a phone call letting me know she was on the ship and ready to go and Billy a guy she has just met gets the phone call. I trust Billy with my daughter's most important event in her life and i truly appreciate just how he went the extra mile to assure that the only thing she had to worry about was making sure she had her passport and sunscreen. Customer service has become a lost art lately but Billy at Braxdale Travels has embraced it and the plus one factor to the point of it looking effortless. more

Helpful Advice! 4/2/2012

I called Billy asking about flights to Hawaii. He said he doesnt get paid on booking flights but would help me look at some deals anyway. I looked online and he did as well. He is definately willing to help as a friend, not just as bottom line. Someone i will definately use in future and refer to a friend! more

What a great cruise! 3/22/2012

If you are looking for stress free vacation planning use Braxdale Travel. We had a 70th birthday party cruise to plan for our family & friends and Billy could not have made it easier for us. His knowledge and great attention to detail made the planning experience, travel, and cruise flawless. He has a passion for what he does, is trustworthy, and goes out of his way to make your trip the best. I book alot of travel in my everyday job and it was so nice to have someone else take care of all the details and know that we were in good hands. Billy was on top of everything and these days, that's hard to find! A trip we will remember for a lifetime! more

We used Braxdale Travel to help us plan our vacation last year and it was the best vacation we have ever taken. We told Billy what we were looking for and he did all of the work. All we had to do was print out our schedule and go. Braxdale Travel is the best and we will never use anyone else for our vacation planning. more

Stress free vacation planning 3/4/2012

Prior to meeting Billy Braxdale with Braxdale Travel vacation planning bordered on being a nightmare! As are most families today, we both are very busy and consumed with the disease of ""over commitment"". This left very little time to decide where we wanted to vacation, let alone time to find the best prices and attend to detail. Now that we have met Billy Braxdale, vacation planning is a wonderful experience. We have been able to tell Billy where we think we want to go, when we want to go, what we want to do while there, and about what we want to spend. He takes it ALL from there and we do mean ALL. Not only does he find the best prices, the best cruise line to fit our preferences, information about the various choices of excursions, and flights that work with our desired schedule. As choices come up, he is quick to get in touch with us and he keeps us updated along the way. All we have to do is pack and show up at the airport on time. He has made vacations a pleasure. more
