I took my boots in for new heels in August, preparing for the winter months. They informed me that there were ""lots"" of boots in front of mine and that it may take 6 weeks; they would call me when ready. I understood and gave them a 50% deposit...then waited. After 8 weeks, I was told they hadn't gotten to them; there were 200 women's boots ahead of mine. They'd call when they were done. It is, now, February (6 months later). I went in to check on my boots...she says, (again) there are 200 women's boots (still) ahead of mine. I asked for my boots and my deposit, stating I would take them to a place where they would actually be fixed. Her retort? ""Fine...good LUCK with that!"" It, then took her 15 minutes to DIG them out of the back...from behind the 200 other boots ahead of mine. Pros: It looks as though they fix shoes Cons: They have a L-O-O-O-O-N-G wait for their repairs.
