They seem to do a good job BUT...it takes FOREVER to get your shoes back. Believe me, I am looking elsewhere to have my shoes done because the wait is exceptionally long. If they have that much business, they really ought to hire more employees. The quickest turn around I ever had was 6 weeks. The last two times I have ended up getting my shoes and deposit back, selling the shoes on consignment and buying a new pair. Someone, PLEASE offer this business some competition. This is the only place in town that will repair shoes that I am aware of.\r I can echo what the other reviews stated as well. In addition to the long turn around time, they seem extremely disorganized. It took at LEAST 15 mintues for them to locate my shoes when I wanted them back AND the time that they did actually finish my shoes, I had to call them. I was told they would call me but I called daily after 5 weeks because they ""didn't have any information on my shoes at that time"". They are only in business because they are the only choice. more

I took my boots in to be worked on and got them fixed rite away had heels and shine done. They looked brandnew, I also took my sons Cubscout shirt in and had some patches put on and got that back in 1 day, I will be back when i need some work done again! I took my boots in for new heels in August, preparing for the winter months. They informed me that there were ""lots"" of boots in front of mine and that it may take 6 weeks; they would call me when ready. I understood and gave them a 50% deposit...then waited. After 8 weeks, I was told they hadn't gotten to them; there were 200 women's boots ahead of mine. They'd call when they were done. It is, now, February (6 months later). I went in to check on my boots...she says, (again) there are 200 women's boots (still) ahead of mine. I asked for my boots and my deposit, stating I would take them to a place where they would actually be fixed. Her retort? ""Fine...good LUCK with that!"" It, then took her 15 minutes to DIG them out of the back...from behind the 200 other boots ahead of mine. Pros: It looks as though they fix shoes Cons: They have a L-O-O-O-O-N-G wait for their repairs. more
