If you're apartment hunting, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The people that work in the office absolutely SUCK at their job. They can't remember when you tell them when there's a problem with your apartment. They never have a clue about what's going on. The apartments are small and way overpriced for what they are. The dumpsters are disgusting. There's trash ALL over the place. They don't clean and take care of the pool. It always has a yellow ring around it and filled with bugs and trash. There's trash on the ground all over the property. THEY ARE LAZY AND DO NOTHING!
If I could get out of my lease, I would. I HATE living here. Do not make the mistake of moving into The Waterford.
