I had many items at passage consignment. All the high end items I had there was magically disappearing. Last week I went there to see what sold an I noticed my duvet was not there. I went to the owner to get paid for my things. He told me"" I have 17$. coming to me"" I asked him"" why is it such a small amount"" He did not have an answer. I asked him"" where is my duvet? he said "" It went to charity"" He said ""it had a stain"" I told him nicely"" It did not have a stain it was brand new"". He showed me on the computer very abruptly He said ""see its right here!!"" He walked around from the back of the counter And said again abruptly "" lets look in the in the room for your things"" At that point put his hand on my back to lead me to the main room where all the Item were. I told him"" take you hands off me"" With that he yelled ""you just threatened me get out of my store and get your things out of here"" And again he said ""get out of my store I am calling the police"" I left the store In SHOCK. He called the police on his cell phone outside and told them ""There is a lady in my parking lot that is mentally in balanced"" In return I also called the police for my defense. When the police came I told the officer the truth that I was just inquiring about my Item, and I was only responding in a concerned manor that is all. The truth is when he put his hands on me he knew he did the wrong thing and that is why he reacted the way he did. The police understood the problem and asked me when would you like to pick your things up? I told him"" the following Monday"" I did go back Monday with my Daughter. He put all my things outside, Animals are treated better. Now something else was missing that was there on the 18th when he told me to leave his store. I asked the lady outside the store ""Where is my Baltimore comforter set? She told me "" It went to charity"" Now the owner new I was going to pickup my things in a few days and just for spite he did something with it. I told the lady that works there"" that i have a lawyer and iI need to know where the charity is so I can retrieve my things"" She told me they use a church called Crossroads fellowship. I asked her for a phone number she told me ""they do not have the phone number"" On my way driving to the church she called me back and told me that she would get my things back and not to go to the Church because they most likely wont let me in. The same woman that works there called me Monday and told me she has every thing. I told her "" I would pick them up Tuesday"" Wow!! They appeared again!! What I just wrote in my review is the truth I am a Christian woman and I know for certain I could not live with my self with all that I stated if it was not true. And all the other bad reviews I have read also happened to me. So please stay clear of this consignment shoppe. P.S. The duvet had no stain as owner stated it did.
