I despise this place. The owner has been abusive and rude to me so many times that I have finally stopped going. I swear he almost ruined me on the idea of even consigning. There is a woman, Maria, who used to work at Passage, she is now at her own store - I go there! They treat me with respect and courtesy, and if they do make a mistake they admit it with honesty and then OMG actually fix it. I have made some great extra cash and found some neat stuff. Before you give up on consignment stores look at This Just In Consignments and Revolver.
