My husband had been home for a short period of time after his third consecutive tour in Iraq and hit his first deer. But not in Montana in Washington State where he is finishing his 26 years with the US Army. Needless to say after many deployments and having just returned his patience levels for dealing with car repairs was very low. I had heard wonderful things about Pro Collision so I contacted Neil and explained my dilema. My husband hit a deer in Washington and how can I get it fixed here in Montana when his '93 GMC Sierra is not here and won't be for a couple of months. Neil guided me thru everything he would need to work up an estimate for repairs. All he would need is a picture of the Vin, pictures of the damage (he told me how to take the pictures and at what angles) and a copy of the insurance estimate. Neil then worked with my husband on obtaining a grill guard for his truck so he wouldn't worry about hitting another deer. He also coordinated having all the chrome on his truck powder coated black. As a surprise I asked Neil if he could also arrange my husband's truck to be fully detailed..... an soldier's truck takes a beating. When we picked up our truck we couldn't believe how easy and stress free our truck repair had been. Neil and his staff worked a miracle with my husband's truck and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did the repair the damage but when the staff found out the truck repair was for a three time Iraq vet they took the extra time to completely buff the truck so the paint looked brand new. My husband was overwhelmed by all the extra work Neil and the guys did and how great his truck looked. I thank you for putting a smile on my husband's face! I would recommend Collision Pro to anyone needing vehicle repairs.
