I couldn't miss the opportunity to tell you how delighted and thrilled I am with Collision Pro of Helena. I have this wonderful Cadillac and was devastated over this accident. I was really sad, but Collision Pro worked with my insurance and made it painless. They sent me daily reports and pictures. They finished the repair work on time and made it perfect. Someone ran into the back of my Honda and Collision Pro Auto Body Repair had to replace two or three parts to get it fixed and something didn't line up right. They were going to reschedule me but never did and I haven't been back but once I get that done, it'll be fine. I still like them. more

My husband had been home for a short period of time after his third consecutive tour in Iraq and hit his first deer. But not in Montana in Washington State where he is finishing his 26 years with the US Army. Needless to say after many deployments and having just returned his patience levels for dealing with car repairs was very low. I had heard wonderful things about Pro Collision so I contacted Neil and explained my dilema. My husband hit a deer in Washington and how can I get it fixed here in Montana when his '93 GMC Sierra is not here and won't be for a couple of months. Neil guided me thru everything he would need to work up an estimate for repairs. All he would need is a picture of the Vin, pictures of the damage (he told me how to take the pictures and at what angles) and a copy of the insurance estimate. Neil then worked with my husband on obtaining a grill guard for his truck so he wouldn't worry about hitting another deer. He also coordinated having all the chrome on his truck powder coated black. As a surprise I asked Neil if he could also arrange my husband's truck to be fully detailed..... an soldier's truck takes a beating. When we picked up our truck we couldn't believe how easy and stress free our truck repair had been. Neil and his staff worked a miracle with my husband's truck and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did the repair the damage but when the staff found out the truck repair was for a three time Iraq vet they took the extra time to completely buff the truck so the paint looked brand new. My husband was overwhelmed by all the extra work Neil and the guys did and how great his truck looked. I thank you for putting a smile on my husband's face! My son's car was backed into by the neighbor. They asked for three estimates. My first estimate was at C. Pro because of a previous experience that was very positive.... Collision Pro Auto Body Repair repaired damage to a bumper and handled some chips from road construction. It's a small town so there's only so many auto shops. Different people knew about them, and I decided to use Collision. They stand behind what they advertise.
