Was not happy with my visit to this new Jewelry store in Grayson. Went in to have battery in watch replaced,that should be simple right?They installed battery that worked about 5 hours. Returned and then they informed me the movement was bad and would cost 60 dollars to replace..Went to another store that replaced battery, that they had taken out by the way, and it has worked beautifilly ever since.I will not return ever and will tell this story again.I now have heard of several complaints from people that were not happy with the way they were treated. They have customer service issues, would never do any buisness with them again.Buyer Beware!
