I would like to start by saying that I have NEVER had a bad experience at All Is Well of Summerville. From grooming to advice about nutrition, they've never steered me in the wrong direction. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and, as stated in previous reviews, they do treat you and your pet like family. You can tell that these girls genuinely care about each and everyone of their clients and their dogs. I take comfort that they know each of my dogs by name...and I have 5. They were recommended to me by my veterinarian because I was one of those bad mommies feeding Purina. I thank God that Dr. Dorsam guided me in their direction. I switched all of my kids to the quality food sold at All Is Well 2 1/2 years ago and haven't had to go back to the vet for skin problem or the nasty ear infections! And as far is grooming is concerned, I was astonished by the amount of care taken with each of my dogs. I have two seniors with special needs and these girls doted on my guys like they were their own. I've never been displeased or angry upon leaving. With that said, I will say in response to the ""Shocking"" review, the only time my instructions have ever been disregarded in terms of grooming is when my dogs were matted (one was shaved for her health) or when there was a simple misunderstanding (a typical cocker cut shaves the face and head which I didn't know as I typically like it trimmed not shaved). Neither of which caused me to write such a nasty review. I don't know what kind of dog you had groomed, but I can't see these girls being ""arrogant."" Such experiences are NOT the norm at All Is Well. I have several neighbors and family members who are patrons and not one has ever been so upset. I really do think this was a fluke. I love this store and its staff. They have helped me out on more than one occasion. I hope future customers can look at my review and the majority of the others left here and find what we have in All Is Well. I hope you all can see past one ""Shocking"" review and find the truth. You won't be sorry!
