All Is Well A Groomer's Secret Salon

I have been using All is Well for my standard poodle puppy. The grooming (Annette) has been excellent. Annette had to train my puppy to stand for grooming, and with Standards that is a regular requirement. \r \r Further, my puppy has a very sensitive stomach for which I have received very good advice. Products they sell are NOT made in China, the recommendations are based on strong nutritional knowledge, and my pup is thriving where in the past, she had nothing but problems with her tummy. more

Outstanding Small Business. ""All is Well"" has and will continue to be the one place I am comfortable taking my dogs for their grooming and food needs. The staff is excellent. Their knowledge on food and behavior is without question the finest in the area. The groomers are attentive and compassionate to both the animal and the owner. I recommend them without hesitation. I would not trust my dogs with anyone else. more

My family uses all is well for all of our pet needs. They are well versed in all of their products and which would be best regarding shampoos, food and even snacks. I have never been to a place were I feel like I can trust my pets and know that thier advise and there care are above and beyond. Friends have recommended them to us and we continue to do the same for those we know who are looking. All of the staff are well versed in petcare, do an amazing job with grooming. Even with my elder cocker spaniel and now my fiesty poodle well...I can't say enough. I highly recommend this place. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! thank you girls for your wonderful customer service, your gentle touch and your support when our pets were ill. I have been buying my dogs food here for months..the selection of food, treats and toys is awesome! and my dog loves browsing the store! We have been taking our 2 dogs to All Is Well in Summerville for about 2 years now. My dogs walk in happy to see the girls and come home beautiful! One of ours is a rescue that no one else could groom. The owners work with rescues and have helped her learn to enjoy and trust grooming. They take wonderful care of our babies! I am so happy to have found them! more

If you love your pets don't EVER EVER take your loved one here!!! The nasty additudes and complete lack of compassion on the owners part is very apparent, I filed a complaint with animal cruelty and they found enough reason to follow up the complaint. I'm not sure the word ""holistic"" should be used in the same sentence as All is Well. Unfortunately for my pet I learned too much too late, I understand now why they bad mouth other groomers, it's there idea of growing there business................ I feel bad for the pets.............. Please, if you love your pet BEWARE!!!!! more

Good place to get your dog groomed more

I would like to start by saying that I have NEVER had a bad experience at All Is Well of Summerville. From grooming to advice about nutrition, they've never steered me in the wrong direction. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and, as stated in previous reviews, they do treat you and your pet like family. You can tell that these girls genuinely care about each and everyone of their clients and their dogs. I take comfort that they know each of my dogs by name...and I have 5. They were recommended to me by my veterinarian because I was one of those bad mommies feeding Purina. I thank God that Dr. Dorsam guided me in their direction. I switched all of my kids to the quality food sold at All Is Well 2 1/2 years ago and haven't had to go back to the vet for skin problem or the nasty ear infections! And as far is grooming is concerned, I was astonished by the amount of care taken with each of my dogs. I have two seniors with special needs and these girls doted on my guys like they were their own. I've never been displeased or angry upon leaving. With that said, I will say in response to the ""Shocking"" review, the only time my instructions have ever been disregarded in terms of grooming is when my dogs were matted (one was shaved for her health) or when there was a simple misunderstanding (a typical cocker cut shaves the face and head which I didn't know as I typically like it trimmed not shaved). Neither of which caused me to write such a nasty review. I don't know what kind of dog you had groomed, but I can't see these girls being ""arrogant."" Such experiences are NOT the norm at All Is Well. I have several neighbors and family members who are patrons and not one has ever been so upset. I really do think this was a fluke. I love this store and its staff. They have helped me out on more than one occasion. I hope future customers can look at my review and the majority of the others left here and find what we have in All Is Well. I hope you all can see past one ""Shocking"" review and find the truth. You won't be sorry! more

All is Well is the most amazing place I have ever been too. From CA to TX to FL now to SC this place is the cleanest and most open place and their grooming is exceptional! My toy purebreed poodle named PoohBear *bear* looks wonderful after seeing his ""girlfriends""! He looks stunning and is so happy to come or go. Sometimes he doesnt even want to leave!! The ladies that work there are so sweet and even do my most crazy ideas to my baby, like puffs on the legs and longer legs! My baby smells so clean and doesnt itch like he use to at the other places I have went too!! I will NEVER go anywhere else while I live here and I have even heard that they have clients from GEORGIA that travel hours to have their dog groomed! Now, that is amazing! more

I was astonished to read the ""shocking"" review. We have delt with the All Is Well's staff for years with several breed specific dogs and their cuts needing to be done a certain way and have always been completely satisfied. These girls will treat you like family and your dog as there own. I have never seen anyone come in or go out unhappy, if anything relieved by there helpfulness. There knowledge of dogs and breed specific problems, if they can't help they will know who can. Thank you guys Maci looked ""GREAT"" when we picked her up. more

I am an extremely happy customer of All Is Well. I have been going to the Summerville All is Well for about 2 years now. They helped me, help my dog. Her ears and skin were awful, she was itching and loosing all her hair. They have educated me tons. I now understand that Cocker Spaniels are prone to these issues. It turns out that all that was needed was a proper diet. We started out grain free and now stay away from corn and wheat. I know I can purchase anything in their store for her. They also groom her and keep her looking very sharp! I wash her inbetween her grooms with their Groomer's Secret Shampoo and Conditioner. I get comments on her all the time. She has never looked so good!\r I did read the review, ""shocking"". Shocking is correct. I was completely shocked when I read this review. I have never experienced or witnessed anything like what is described. I am completely happy with All is Well and understand why they were voted The Best Groomer In Summerville in a vote by the Summerville Journal Scene! more

I had heard good things about this company and was impressed with their knowledge of pet foods and decided to have my dog groomed, giving very specific instructions - no cutting or shaving of the face, just trimming the legs, ears, paws and rear end. My instructions were ignored and the owner shaved my dogs whiskers and cut the eyelashes off. I couldn't believe it and asked why. I was told that the dog doesn't need her whiskers or lashes and this is the standard cut for this dog. Again I reiterated that I had left instructions which they had actually taken down but ignored. When I mentioned that as a result of this maiming my dog had some sense and orientation issues, the owner said that could be an ear infection or her eyes need to be checked by a doctor Her eyes are fine and so are her ears, I replied. The arrogance and lack of apology by All Is Well has left me very upset. To me this practice is barbaric and shame on this groomer. more

The staff loves and treats our bischon puppies like their own! They convey their knowledge and expertise amazingly! I was introduced to them a year ago and now have a groomer for life. Heads above other groomers I have used! Could not ask for better! more

You will NEVER find owners or staff more dedicated to the wellness of animals! Their knowledge of the many dog foods on the market and what each contains is unmatched. Their Groomers Secret line speaks for itself! Our dogs leave shiny and their coats look fantastic after using their shampoos and conditioners in their self serve bath station. Using their DermaEase product on one of our dogs after surgery, cut the healing time in half and her stitches came out 3 days earlier than normal. Other groomers can not compare when it comes to their grooming services. They give each of the dogs they groom their full attention. Providing them with compassion and patience. Annette and Christine (owners) are dedicated to the lives of animals in the community, as well as dog rescue. We will continue to be loyal customers and refer them to as many people as way can. more
