Service like PC USA service certainly deserves 5 stars without any doubt. I had a problem with my USB flash drive and located Hard Drive Recovery Irvine online. I immediately filled out the quote and was notified right away by their customer service representative. I initially thought that the problem with my drive was because of corrupted files but their tests revealed that it was in fact a mechanical problem. I told them I was in a rush to get my data back and they said OK. The next morning I received an update of my case. It stated that recovery process was complete and my data would be transferred and shipped to me the same day. It helped me get back on track without missing a beat. The whole process took only 4 days including shipping the item both ways. They saved my day and I am very grateful to them.
