Review content:
I went to the vet confident that my cat had a general urinary tract infection, she was showing the general symptoms. The staff was helpful and friendly. I got in that day as an emergency visit and was in and out within a half hour, maybe 45 minutes at most. I was really excited that I had found a decent vet who wasn't outrageously overpriced. \r Over a four day span, her symptoms didn't improve and I was recommended to another veterinarian by a friend of mine. I spent over double the amount I payed at Union Street Veterinary Hospital, and that was fine by me. At this hospital I got tests, x-rays, PLUS the super nice staff (even nicer than USV) all for nearly $200 and learned that my cat had a very large bladder stone, not a UTI.\r It then dawned on me, I had wasted nearly $100 (that I could have definitely applied to her current treatment) for her to feel her stomach and prescribe her Clavamox. No tests, no x-rays, nothing. \r I was pleased by their customer service, but nothing more, seeing as they didn't really DO anything for my pet with something as harmful as a bladder stone. \r If you know specifically what is wrong with your pet, I'd recommend them, which is why I gave them one star. If you have any doubts however, I wouldn't recommend going here.
