Review content:
I brought a Panasonic VHS/DVR recorder to Lake to repair under warranty. I carefully explained how the unit was malfunctioning. Three weeks later they called and left a message saying there was no problem with the unit and that I should come and pick it up. Repeated calls to them went unanswered. My opinion: their techs are incompetent and their customer service is very poor.
Pros: They are an ""authorized"" repair center... believe it or not!
Cons: They can't even find the problem, let alone repair it, and their customer service is poor.
