Review content:
My car was involved in a rear end collision on the service road off the LIE. Ace towing came to tow my car and offerd to bring it to their autobody shop for repairs. They told me they do a lot of repairs for Atlantic Honda so I felt comfortable in letting them do the repairs. They told me it would take 3-4 weeks. 11 weeks later I still don't have my car back. I call them every week and they promise me it will be done by the end of next week but next week never seems to come. They have every excuse in the book for why it is not done. At 10 weeks they were still ordering parts for the car - one part was a part that was needed before they could even begin with the repairs. Shouldn't that have been one of the first parts ordered? I am looking at a $2000 car rental expense - above and beyond what the ins co has already paid - with no end in sight. Cons: lack of work and a lot of lip service
