Review content:
I had an accident on the LIE and was towed to ACE collision. They pressured me to sign authorization to fix the car and stressed that they were an authorized Nissan collision auto shop. I agreed to let them fix it and thats when my troubles really began after survivng a terrible accident. My insurance company accessed the situation and estimated 3 weeks for completion. I am now 2 1/2 months from the accident and still don't have my car. In fact the company had called today telling me that the Car needs a new transmission that they said was unrelated to the accident and will require another $4,000.00 on top of the $8,000.00 that the issurance paid to them. The interesting part is that after 2 1/2 months in their shop, the only option that was provided me ...was getting the car towed to my house. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD and STAY AWAY FROM ACE COLLISION.
Cons: They take your money and don't fix your car. Instead they tow it to your house after they recieved the insurance money.
