Review content:
I was about to drive from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA and I needed to make sure my car was ready for the drive. It was working fine but I felt it could have possibly used a tune up or something to give it the power it used to have (It's a '98 jeep cherokee, a tough little cookie). My parents highly recommended the Kar Klinic because of Bruce, the owner's, honesty and thorough work. I took it there one morning and told them about my situation. I basically asked them to make sure it was in safe driving condition to make the near 1000 mile trip. Later that same day I was given a small list of recommended fixes and why the fixes were being recommended. The price was as I expected so I told them to go ahead and take care of it. At the end of the next day I picked my car up and it actually ran better than I thought it would. I'm not kidding, it ran like the day I bought it. Again, Bruce explained everything he did and why he he thought it was important to do it. I really appreciated their work and true honesty. I mean I couldn't help but believe him because of how truly great my car ran afterwards! I honestly wish these guys were in L.A. All I have to settle for now is crappy Pep Boys.\r

Pros: Honest! Won't do anything that doesn't need to be done.
Cons: Wish there were more mechanics at the shop so the hours could be extended. As long as they're just as honest as Bruce, the owner.
