Mr. Bruce, I have not told (my) Bruce that you worked on his a/c. When he got home on Friday, I asked him if it was any different/better. He said it wasn't. I can't get it back to you without him knowing 'cause he will have to take my truck to work. Perhaps, I will bring him by to talk to you. He usually gets home before five. more

Transient Problem 7/18/2013

In 12 years looking after a Mercury Tracer, KK has caught everything except a fuel relay that created starting problems when the engine got hot. I suggested they change this, and performance has improved. Thanks for lots of great service! more
