...I'd be repeating the same stories as the reviews above me if I went on- they are all fairly correct. On a more positive note, the other Urth Cafe locations don't have this same downfall- oddly enough, the least pretentious one is defenitely Beverly Hills. I can usually find a seat, and a decent one at that- it's more spacious, no smoking, nicer staff....I have to say, in West Hollywood, you'll be so angry with the whole experience by the time the food comes, you can't appreciate the quality- actually the food is quite good, especially desert. They have the best lattes and espresso drinks I've ever had- but it doesen't ever compensate for ""scene"".
Pros: Truly great coffee and deserts
Cons: No parking, no seating and no help finding seating
