Review content:
after doing business for 6 years at Pit Pros we will not be back. Pit Pros failed my Scion XB for window tint; this vehicle came from the dealership this way & Pit Pros passed it with no problem a year ago. They said I could not prove they passed it...I went home & got my receipt & took it back. Now they say no way to prove I did not have the tint applied this past year.....give me a break, I am a 50 yr old mom. If they had failed it a year ago I could have gone back to the dealership & gotten them to make it street legal...now I am just screwed. They were also much more interested in recommending a mechanic for my ""check engine lite""\r that comes on randomly when we have a big outside temperature drop (like today) than in listening to me explain that this is well documented on the Scion blogs and nothing to worry about. Bad business, bad attitude. Pros: It is convenient to where we live & have had no problems in the past. Cons: Customer service was beyond bad
