i've been going to pit pros for 10 yrs. now. \r and they have always done great by me.\r i just wanted to say good job and thanks. more

Have taken my family cars here for 4 years; today was the last time...ever. 45 minutes waiting in line for an inspection, then two "buddies" get put in front of all of us. Several customers left at that point, hopefully never to return to the rude treatment by the owner. What a jerk! more

after 5 years of servie i roll up at 5:20 and they say we're closed. be sure to get there early or they may refuse you as well. i guess open till 5:30 means 5-5:30 if they feel like it. i won't be back. more

after doing business for 6 years at Pit Pros we will not be back. Pit Pros failed my Scion XB for window tint; this vehicle came from the dealership this way & Pit Pros passed it with no problem a year ago. They said I could not prove they passed it...I went home & got my receipt & took it back. Now they say no way to prove I did not have the tint applied this past year.....give me a break, I am a 50 yr old mom. If they had failed it a year ago I could have gone back to the dealership & gotten them to make it street legal...now I am just screwed. They were also much more interested in recommending a mechanic for my ""check engine lite""\r that comes on randomly when we have a big outside temperature drop (like today) than in listening to me explain that this is well documented on the Scion blogs and nothing to worry about. I took my car in for an oil change, and I was amazed at how quickly it was done. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! These guys are fast! And they were very friendly, too. Great place for an oil change! PROS: fast, friendly CONS: more

These fellows are FAST! We got our oil changed in record time. And they're friendly. My husband was talking to one of the guys while we checked out and was told where to find a new fishing hole! Very fast, very friendly, highly recommended! PROS: fast friendly service CONS: more

I've been taking the family cars (and truck) to Pit Pros for as long as I can remember (Gosh, since Cat started there!) They specialize in Vehicle inspections and maintenance. I've never had a car repaired there but I can tell you the inspections are fast and professional. They're friendly and knowledgeable about vehicles. Access is kinda restricted (they're in a tight spot by the bridge) but once you're in it's a great experience! PROS: Knowledgeable - Professional - Friendly CONS: more
