For years I was hesitating to do my eyeliner because I was fearful of the unknown and thought that permanent cosmetics in the eye area would be a big procedure. I went to Angelbare to have the tattooing done to my eyebrows and I cannot begin to tell you how comfortable the procedure was and how experienced the technician was. I chose to get my eyeliner done after my second treatment of the eyebrows and I truly love the way my eyes now look. I look back and laugh at my hesitation; I only regret not getting my eyeliner and eyebrows done sooner!!
