Ok let me start off by saying that I am a spa kinda girl!! I spend alot of money at the spa and being said this place was a disaster!! I am a licensed Cosmetologist, so I know what I am doing, and well the girl Ronica didn't! Right away she started to tell me about the lady that had a Brizzilian Wax before me! And sorry but that is un professional talking about your clients private parts!! Or in general speeking of a client to another client at all!! I asked her not to put oil in my face because I have very sesitive skin and would breakout! After she slapt the oil on my skin she told me don't worry this oil is made for my face and ""I would not breakout!!"" Well here I am two weeks later still recovering from her oil that would not make me breakout! She asked me what I do, so I told her that I was a licensed Cosmetologist....Right away she started telling me that Cosmetologists do not know about the skin!!! Yup Really is that why we are licensed Aesthetician, nail Techs, and Hair stylists!!! LOL Sweetheart you went to school 600 hours and I went 1600 and I took 3 extra Courses through Dermelogica!! Totally un professional!!! I was going to get an eye brow tint after she shaped my eyebrows as well! ...But after getting a big glob of wax in my hair while waxing my eyebrows, and having to use half the bottle of oil , to get it out I told her that I did not want my eyebrows tinted anymore! After getting the wax in my hair (and believe me it was a lot of wax) she then told me that she hoped that I didn't have plans after I was leaving there, because my hair was a bit greesy from the wax! Oh and one more thing the amount of pressure she was putting on my face, well It is never good to put that kind of pressure on someones face!! Ronica also speacializes in deep tissue massage as well! Ok fine maybe she is excellent at deep tissue massages, JUST DON'T DO IT ON MY FACE!!!!!! THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE COMPLETE RIP OFF! Ladies I know of way better spas then this, and if your gonna spend your money, go somewhere
