Ok let me start off by saying that I am a spa kinda girl!! I spend alot of money at the spa and being said this place was a disaster!! I am a licensed Cosmetologist, so I know what I am doing, and well the girl Ronica didn't! Right away she started to tell me about the lady that had a Brizzilian Wax before me! And sorry but that is un professional talking about your clients private parts!! Or in general speeking of a client to another client at all!! I asked her not to put oil in my face because I have very sesitive skin and would breakout! After she slapt the oil on my skin she told me don't worry this oil is made for my face and ""I would not breakout!!"" Well here I am two weeks later still recovering from her oil that would not make me breakout! She asked me what I do, so I told her that I was a licensed Cosmetologist....Right away she started telling me that Cosmetologists do not know about the skin!!! Yup Really is that why we are licensed Aesthetician, nail Techs, and Hair stylists!!! LOL Sweetheart you went to school 600 hours and I went 1600 and I took 3 extra Courses through Dermelogica!! Totally un professional!!! I was going to get an eye brow tint after she shaped my eyebrows as well! ...But after getting a big glob of wax in my hair while waxing my eyebrows, and having to use half the bottle of oil , to get it out I told her that I did not want my eyebrows tinted anymore! After getting the wax in my hair (and believe me it was a lot of wax) she then told me that she hoped that I didn't have plans after I was leaving there, because my hair was a bit greesy from the wax! Oh and one more thing the amount of pressure she was putting on my face, well It is never good to put that kind of pressure on someones face!! Ronica also speacializes in deep tissue massage as well! Ok fine maybe she is excellent at deep tissue massages, JUST DON'T DO IT ON MY FACE!!!!!! THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE COMPLETE RIP OFF! Ladies I know of way better spas then this, and if your gonna spend your money, go somewhere more

I've been going to this place for a while and getting massaged and was happy with it, but recently they got a few new massage therapists that really are exceptional in deep tissue massage. Pros: Deep Tissue Massage more

I have to say that Reanna is the BEST facialist I have ever had in my life. I used to get facials bi-monthly and have tried many spas all over the country while traveling in top spas, and this was by far the best! I also had a microdermabrasion service before the facial. My skin looked amazing afterwards. While my mask dried on my face, she massaged my neck and shoulders, better than any professional massage therapist. the only drawback is the space is not that luxurious, but with these kind of prices, what do you expect? I'd rather have an amazing facial at this price than some over-priced spa where you are paying more for the environment than the services. Thank you Reanna for the best facial! I also purchased their spa package which they said was 3 1/2 hours of luxiorious relaxation..BULLCRAPPP..they totally RUSH you in and out from massage to the sauna to the facial. Their ""so called"" relaxation room is soooo not a relaxation room okay. It's a small lil dumpy room with two chairs and a foot massager that is garbage. I emailed the owner to let her know about my experience and she never responded-HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! I was in and out within 2 hours. My facial totally sucked the girl talked wayyyy too much and it was a horrible experience. I would never ever go back and I would never recommend this place to anyone...\r \r TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!! GARBAGE!!! I rather pay more and get my moneys worth than go to this dump! Pros: Infared Sauna Cons: Not a real spa!! more

I got the best massage ever at the OC Spa & Wellness Center and i would definitely go back. Great massage at a great price! Pros: Great Price, Great Staff, Great Atmosphere, Great Service more
