This is realistic self-defense instruction. The Total Defense program offered at MAX Impact is exactly that. Punching, kicking, knees, elbows, and other self-defense techniques are easily learned. I'm actually surprised at how much I've got out of the training. I also am learning how to avoid, recognize, and verbally diffuse potential confrontations. Plus the training provides a great workout. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program also is first rate. If you ever wanted to know how to protect yourself and stay safe then look no further than MAX Impact.
Pros: Great facility and staff. The instruction is first rate.
