I have never had such a beautiful experience as the one I had with Arne's Garage Doors. I felt like my fairy godfather had come.
I initially called Home Depot and they recommended that I call Arne's Garage Doors to replace the springs on my heavy wood door. I called Arne on Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and he called me back the next day at 10 a.m. He said he would be there in 30 minutes and he was.
Arne was very professional. I liked the way that he dealt with me over the phone, and I liked his attitude and his appearance. He worked quickly, did not waste any time, and did a beautiful job.
In just half an hour, he had the job finished.
Arne's price also was very reasonable. I was prepared to pay more than what he charged.
When he was finished working on my garage door, I asked Arne to recommend an honest plumber because my garbage disposal was broken. He got down on the floor of my kitchen and fixed the garbage disposal. I wanted to give him an extra $15 for that but he would not take it.
As a former interior designer, I know construction inside and out. My experience with Arne was refreshing after the bad luck that I have had with other workers, from painters to roofers. I would highly recommend Arne and I would trust his recommendations.
