Chef Amy does a great job: dishes that are delicious, not overwhelming (some chefs overdo it), uses fresh, high quality ingredients, and I am STILL dreaming about her huckleberry dessert! I had a wonderful black cod that was perfectly prepared in a tomato based broth: so flavorful, yet light, with a few clams and a margueza sausage. YUM! My husband had short ribs and the bone easily slid right out, cleanly! I tasted it and it was wonderful! I love the attention to detail (even the bathroom had a great hand lotion!) from the food to the atmosphere. The dining rooms are intimate and elegant, and the service was excellent. We are foodies and this is one of our new favorite restaurants. Amy really knows what she is doing in the kitchen, and she also takes the time to make you feel so welcome. I can't wait to go back; we'll be bringing friends! Give this place a try.
