Pittsburgh Exteriors/ESP have stolen money from me. There's no nice way to put that. Yes, they are the exact same company. I bought a gutter heater on my house that doesn't melt snow. They are rude, and won't return my call requesting that they refund my money or make it work. The thing was priced above what any home improvement contractor would have charged, and it doesn't work. These people have cost me thousands. Don't do business with them or anyone associated with them. They are liars.
