Pittsburgh Exteriors/ESP have stolen money from me. There's no nice way to put that. Yes, they are the exact same company. I bought a gutter heater on my house that doesn't melt snow. They are rude, and won't return my call requesting that they refund my money or make it work. The thing was priced above what any home improvement contractor would have charged, and it doesn't work. These people have cost me thousands. Don't do business with them or anyone associated with them. They are liars. more

Honest and Trust Worthy 11/19/2011

The emplyees and management at Pitt. Ext. are all in the best interest of their customers. Yes, ESP may be going out of business or is out of business, and yes there are many emplyees from ESP at Pitt Ext. But I challenge anyone to see if they will try and cheat you or scam you. I can personally guarantee that they will not only take great care of their customers but they will provide ESP customers with a service that no one in the industry can touch. They care and they can prove it, try them and they will make you a believer. more

Hail damage on my roof 11/2/2011

When we had those really bad storms come through, I got some hail damage on my roof. My insurance company had me get 3 estimates. Out of the three, I chose Pittsburgh Exteriors, they responded to my call quickly. Got the estimate to my insurance company really quick. The representative was very knowledgable about hail damage. The other companies had no idea what hail damage looked like. I was very impressed with the representative and the installer. I will definitely recommend Pittsburgh Exteriors to my friends. more

Excellent Job on my Siding 11/2/2011

I was in search of a local company to do my siding. I found Pittsburgh Exteriors. The salesman was very knowledgable about his products, even brought samples, other companies did not. The installer that put my siding on was very professional and cleaned up after he was completed. After completion he walked me around the whole house, so I can see the completed job. EXCELLENT!! Looks great. Thank you. more

This company is in the middle of a transition to the name Pittsburgh Exteriors from the name ESP Home Improvements. they are attempting to slither away from jobs that were done incorrectly and that can cause thousands of dollars of damage to your home. Use citysearch to see ESP and you will see this same phone number and web link listed above, but under the title ESP Home Improvements and a different address save yourself lots of trouble and frustration. go with someone else. more
