Review content:
If you want really bad service then Carlucci's is the place for you. I have been here before and they have great food and the service had been good in the past. However, the last time, the service was horrendous. When I arrived for dinner, there were three other parties eating dinner. There were also about another 10 employees working there. I waited for about 20 minutes and in that time not one waiter came by, no water came, and no silverware was given out either. Finally, I got up and left. As I was leaving, I made eye contact with the waiters and there was no doubting what their intentions were. They intentionally didn't serve me in the hopes I would leave so they could shut down early (this was 3 hours before closing time). They will never get my business again and my other friends who eat there said they wouldn't go back either.
Pros: Good pizza
Cons: Worst service in Orlando
