My husband and I were trying Carluccis for the first time. After a long wait during which I ate the salad that came as my first course, I was served my entree. The waitress said my husband's stromboli would be out ""in a minute"". 20 minutes went by and no stromboli, my meal was getting cold. I started to eat and then decided to share with my husband. Another 20, the 30 minutes went by. Still no stromboli, the waitress said it would be right out . . . but she did finally bring the bread that was part of my/our meal. \r
My meal was finished, with my husband and I eating my order as slowlly as possible, still no Stromboli but hopefully waiting. Finally, an hour an 20 minutes later, after waiting some time after my meal was finished, we told the waitress"" Skip the stromboli"". She returned to pick up my plate some 5-10 minutes later and said ""Good news, you won't be charged for the Stromboli and left. Some 15-20 minutes later she finally brought our bill.\r

All I can say is that this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Surely there is someone on the staff who could have corrected the situation or given us some courtesy dessert or something and not acted like they were doing us a favor by taking the Stromboli off our check. \r

The food we got deserved better service and management.
