I've gone here one time, when I had an earache and didn't want to miss work to see a regular doctor. Polaris stys open until 9pm, which is why I chose them. I had trouble finding the place (it's in a cluster of similar-appearing office spaces) and I had to wait a while to be seen, as they had a big crowd. Those were the only real downsides.
I found the staff to be polite and efficient. Dr. Villaneuva seemed competent and pleasant, and I was entirely satisfied with my experience there. The antibiotic he prescribed me wasn't covered under my insurance, and set me back $108 for a tiny bottle of eardrops, but the stuff proved to be remarkably effective, and in the end was worth the cost.
I'll certainly use them again if I need afterhours care.
