I have to say I totally disagree with all of the negative remarks made about St. Francis. Our puppy just passed away in November, 2011. We took her there and it was obvious there was no saving her life based on what was wrong with her (torn diaphragm with all internal organs in her chest cavity - She fell) They were wonderful. They did everything possible to save her life to include (1) hour in oxygen tent, full IV, shot of epinepherine as she was going into full cardiac arrest. Wrapped her in a blanket and gave us time with her. Gave us a little casket to take her home in. NEVER CHARGED US A DIME FOR ANY OF THAT. I will never go anywhere else but St. Francis. They have been wonderful. Oh and by the way, every time I have been there, I never sat in the waiting room. I was taken back immediately for all of my appts.
