Review content:
The service was not good, the servers needed to be told to clean up between appetizers and the main course. The food was luke warm. The chicken was tough, the roasted potatoes and the green beans were over cooked and mushy. We also had a pasta dish which was burned and served luke warm. Many guests complained that the coffee was not hot and the cake was from Stop and Shop. We spent a lot of money for this important event and we were very disappointed. No one from the company bothered to respond to my concerns after the event. Other concerns: All the extra food was thrown away, we paid for 3 staff members and only 2 were at the party, the staff were very young and unfriendly. We did not do our homework when hiring this caterer and really paid the price.
