Businiess name:  Dominick's Restaurant

Review content:
First of all, I have to say that I have been to Dominick's several times and have enjoyed the food and ambience. However, on my last visit an extra ingredient was added to my caesar salad, a broken piece of wine glass, which I had the misfortune of chewing.\r \r This in itself was unpleasant, but the attitude that followed from the staff I found even more unpleasant. There was a brief semi apology, followed by the manager saying that there was no way the glass came from their line. Well, no one had broken a glass at our table and we all saw the salad come straight from the kitchen to our table as it was right by the kitchen doors and though I do like adding pepper to my salad, I am not into spicing it up with glass shards! So unless glass is some new kind of lettuce fungus, the glass I chewed in my salad obviously came from the restaurant.\r \r The manager did not have any further contact with me during dinner after saying it couldn't have come from them. Our server did comp our desserts and my glass of wine and we were not charged for the salad, but the attitude was not apologetic at all. That is, until our group paid the bill; then the manager apologized profusely and asked if I was ok. \r \r Though I do think the food is generally excellent, the extra crunch in my salad left me far from satisfied.\r \r \r
