I had taken my car there twice for major repairs and never checked the amount they charged me, furthermore I thought that they did a pretty good job. Last week I had my car towed there and I was told that I need to have the fuel pump replaced. They gave me a quote of $550+tax!!!!!! After I called a couple more places including the dealership, I realized that I was being overcharged. When I complained about it, they claimed that the cost of the pump was $250 and the labor was $300!!!!! They always charge me $75/hour, but this time they thought that they could charge me $150/hour and get away with it. After arguments, they reluctantly reduced the amount to $450. It's been less than a week since that happened and my car is having the same problems as before the repair. I'll never take my car to them again.
