I am not the richest person and i dont drive good cars but every-time i take my car in they charge me fair and never rip me off like other places in the neighborhood. They have been exceptional to get my car fixed on time every time i bring it in and fix with highest regards as if my car was a new car. once my car stalled right on the road they came right away and towed without charge. The best car repair place in the city of Cleveland ever. I mean truly honest too . I have been over worried and they check and tell me nothing is wrong when some places can find many things and overcharge me too. Thanks C&T more

I had taken my car there twice for major repairs and never checked the amount they charged me, furthermore I thought that they did a pretty good job. Last week I had my car towed there and I was told that I need to have the fuel pump replaced. They gave me a quote of $550+tax!!!!!! After I called a couple more places including the dealership, I realized that I was being overcharged. When I complained about it, they claimed that the cost of the pump was $250 and the labor was $300!!!!! They always charge me $75/hour, but this time they thought that they could charge me $150/hour and get away with it. After arguments, they reluctantly reduced the amount to $450. It's been less than a week since that happened and my car is having the same problems as before the repair. I'll never take my car to them again. more
