Businiess name:  Forever Young Child Care Ctr

Review content:
I've had my daughter going to Forever Young for over a year now. It's a great infant and toddler care center located at 13th & P in Sacramento. It's a non-profit co-op which means that as a parent you donate your time to help out. The result of this is that you really get to know the employees (if watching my child for 8+ hours a day, I want every opportunity to know them) as well as the other parents. Highlights:\r * Visit any time of day\r * Small number of kids\r * High ratio of Educarers to children\r * Uses the Magda Gerber Resource for Infant Educarers (RIE) philosophy, where children are nurtured and educated, not just ""watched"" for the day\r * Long term employees: some have been there more than 20 years.\r * No fake foods: they blend up veggies right there for the babies, no overly processed foods once your child is old enough to eat\r * Taught my baby how to take a bottle!!\r \r There is also a pre-school site located in Mid-town on J Street for kids over 2 years old. Anyhow, I like it and if you need child care, it's worth checking out. It's not your typical baby care ""mill"", they really care about the kids. Pros: Make baby food on-site, long term employees, good location with easy drop-off Cons: Different sites for Infants/Toddlers and Pre-schoolers
