Review content:
How can something as important as a certified letter be misplaced by the post office. I know they deal with thousands of letters a day (that's their job, right?) but their lack of customer service or compassion is unbelievable. I received a notice in the mail that I have a certified letter. I haven't a clue what its about. Since I work the same hours that the post office is open I signed the card for it to be left in the mailbox the next day. Five days passed without it coming in the mail so I went on a Saturday to get it. I was informed that it was delivered and I just didn't realize I had gotten it!!! She also let me know that it will be my problem not theirs if the letter contained timed materials. She said ""unfortunately that'll be your problem"". They have the dang letter somewhere.......not me!! Very condescending. RUDE!

Cons: lost mail!!!!!
