When I moved out of my house in Lakeway, I put in a change of address card to have my mail forwarded. Since I did get some of it, I thought all was well. WELL, much to my dismay, I found out about 6 months later, that they had NOT forwarded the final bill for my water service. Lakeway MUD then turned me into a collections agency, whom I ALSO did not receive ANY mail from. Of course, I got a ding on my credit, just as I'm trying to get a loan to build a house!!!! I also found the staff, including the postmaster, to be RUDE, SLOW and CONDESCENDING, as if they were doing the customers a favor by even acknowledging them!\r
Truly a shame that they are allowed to continue in this manner. What can be done?
