Review content:
I was under the impression that federal services like post offices' lines are supposed to be open during their hours at least. I have called the post office at the listed phone number numerous times at sensible times such as 5:00 PM, which is regular business hours. All those times, the phone simply keeps on ringing and nobody picks up. I was calling about a delayed package that I needed, and I am very frustrated with their communication lines.
Cons: nobody picks up the phone!
