I wish I could give it negative stars- Since moving to Lakeway almost a year ago we've had NOTHING but problems with this post office. They are slow and rude, they don't have the answers to anything, they ""loose"" your mail without a second thought, they deliver the wrong mail all the time, they don't deliver large mailings (they end up in the dumpster out back- just to warn you), and the most recent one- those ridiculous RULES notices given out where your mailbox needs to be placed. GIVE ME A BREAK- our box is right on the street- and so are all our neighbors boxes. This post office needs to spend more time on customer service and proper mail care before they give their customers a hard time on where their mail box is placed all because their mail carriers don't have REAL Mail trucks. So frustrating. \r
I agree, get a PO Box elsewhere if you live in Lakeway.
Pros: NONE- they are awful.
Cons: SLOW, RUDE, Don't know anything about their own post office, FRUSTRATING
