It's a clean environment...but, it's a standing joke throughout the clientele in this area...they hire and fire people within weeks...the owners do NOT know what they are doing and leave this Phil person to run the place...and he IS an IDIOT!!! He brings drama to the place and is SOOO unprofessional...I can't go in there when he is there and enjoy myself...what ever happened to Heidi and Shay??? They seemed to make the place run smoothly... I didn't see much of Shay when I went in, but saw Heidi all of the time...she always made me feel relaxed and welcome...if the owners had ANY sense about them they would fire that Phil person and bring Heidi and Shay back!!!
