Never go to Northstar Ford. they are the peronification of Used Car Sales' Men! I lost enough money on them to keep me awake at night. They cheated me twice. Shame on them and shame on me. I bought a car when they had some sales people up from Texas. They took me to the cleaner. those are the terms the Northstar sales person used later on when I wanted to get rid of the car. Northstar was going to try to ""help"" me by giving me a ""good"" trade in. still lost $5K. Here is what they did: I had looked at two cars - one was $23 and one was $21. i was interested in the $21, and they agreed to come down $1K. so the price should have been $20. When they set ut the financing they swithed the prices so they took $1 off the $23 and I ended up paying $22. I did not catch it so shame on me. they also knew very well by then that I am totally ignorant when it comes to cars and took advantage - again - of this. My boyfriend has three Fords - he will never shop at Northstar ever again. A Lincoln, an Exploer and a Mustang. Another friend has a Focus, an F150 and a Mustang. He will also never go there again. WARNING to all of you: Never go to Northstar Ford.
