Review content:
I decided to take a ""tour"" of Lady Fitness and was unimpressed with what I saw. The equipment looks 20 years old and the space is small. Their main selling point (which they stressed OFTEN) was that there are no men allowed, however they have male fitness instructors teaching the group classes! I was told that I would have to sign a 2 or 3 year contract to join and that if I joined that day I would get a $100.00 discount from the already outrageous cost. I told them that I needed to tour other fitness centers and I couldn't decide right then and there. I was told that If I came back another day, the discount would NOT apply. There aren't too many fitness centers that require contracts anymore and this place seems stuck in the 1980's in more ways than one.
Pros: Not very many members
Cons: Over priced, require 2 or 3 year contracts, old equipment
