Review content:
I am in my third year at Lady Fitness and it is going downhill fast! First of all, English is no longer the first language, the music in the classes is mostly Latino now and the clientele is now in the middle 20's to early 30's range. The music is so INCREDIBLY LOUD you cannot hear through your own hearphones. They keep the temperature around 80 degrees in the summer and the winter. The awful odor of 30-40 sweaty, smelly women is enough to make you want to throw up. I used to love this place, now i can barely drag myself there. You can constantly complain about the heat and the loud music, but they wont do anything about it. So..........even for me, after three years, its time to move on to a new gym. Sorry, Lady Fitness......you guys need to get it together and FAST! Most of the women who started there as clients when I did, are long gone now. They couldnt handle the sad changes either.
Pros: Plenty of parking, great trainers, great support
Cons: going downhill
