Review content:
Traveling through the Phoenix area last month I had some car problems. I called Yates and spoke with Jenelle. Pleasantly surprised to speak with someone so knowledgeable. I felt at ease even though we had over 1,000 more miles to travel. She gave us directions, plus an estimate after being on hold for just 2 minutes. 30 minutes later we were at the dealership and an hour later with no pressured upsell we were on the road to our destination.
The problem was fixed and everyone at Yates was as helpful as could be. While we don't live in that area I can highly recommend them to anyone needing service for any reason.
