Businiess name:  Pizza Hut

Review content:
When writing this review, I have to consider the fact that at this Pizza Hut the management is NOT allowed by their bosses to spend money like the Ritz Carlton. The grounds even has to be maintained by the management at THEIR own expense. They are not allowed to buy anything that will keep them up-to-date because of the big bosses. So without further, I give my REASONABLE review for this small town Pizza Hut with limited resources......\r \r With a small employment selection, the staff is good. How can anyone expect a waitress that makes under minimum wage to be excited to be there? These waitress are expected to make up the rest of their hourly wage by customers tips (it is like this for all waitresses in all food places). They live in a small town so they are not busy all the time thus not making their minimum wage per hour. \r \r Management is the better management around all the food places in this small city. Granted, NO ONE is perfect.....especially when the management's bosses restrict management from spending any kind of money to upgrade the building, silverware, bathrooms, etc. It's hardly management's fault when corporate is a bunch of tight wads. Thus the customers complain and the management gets in trouble for something corporate is responsible for.\r \r The staff i'm sure does get trained.......perhaps they should listen or customers should not think they are suppose to be perfect.\r \r The salad bar is bound to get empty when they get busy. Corporate does not allow management to have extra people to tend to the small things--this is something placed on the waitresses, whom i've said make under minimum wage. Besides being waitresses, they are expected to be janitors, dish washers, salad bar people & cashiers. While management is expected to manage, cook, wait on tables and landscape.\r \r So the problem is not the management and waitress, it starts with corporate. If you expect the most perfect pizza hut in small town West Virginia please wake up from your dream. This Pizza Hut is a decent place compared to some other Pizza Hut's i've been in. Besides if you want to complain, start with corporate about spending some money on their store & employees. Don't complain about those at the bottom of the food chain. I eat at this Pizza Hut at least 2 times a week.
